Regular Stall Holders

If you are accepted as a regular stall holder, you won’t need to apply for every event. We will automatically book you in and send you an invoice each time. You will need to let us know in advance if you can’t attend on a particular date.

Casual Stall Holders

If you are excepted as a casual stall holder you will need to express interest for any market dates you would like to attend, and are not guaranteed a place. 

 

We will continue to make the market as varied and balanced as possible.

$90 for general stalls 3m x 3m

$95 for food and drink stalls

Terms & Conditions

Insurance: All stall holders must provide their own $20m public liability insurance, these have to be received before  you are able to trade.

 

Bump in: From 6.30am. We have drive on access for food vendors and the stalls along the west side of the park only. Food vendors can have vehicles on park for trade. Everyone else must move there vehicles after unloading. 

 

All general stall holders are required to move their car after unpacking to make room for other stall holders and customers. Parking for the duration of the market must not be in the beach car parks or around the park. You must move your cars to the side streets (Coane St, Berner st, Livingstone St) to allow customers to have the best opportunity to shop at your stall.

 

Set up: Stall holders must use 3m x 3m gazebo unless otherwise negotiated. Each marquee leg MUST be weighed down using weights. Minimum 10kgs per leg. You will be unable to trade without weights.

No pegging is allowed at Dixon park.

 

Electricity: No power will be available for stalls.

If you need power, please bring a generator and let organisers know prior to event.

Bump out & Pack down: From 2pm, no vehicles are allowed on grounds before 2.15pm. Vehicles must travel at walking pace and have hazards at all times on grounds.

Wet weather:

In the case of wet weather, organisers will attempt to rearrange the market to an alternate date. In the event of an alternate date not being available, stall holders will receive a credit for stall fees minus a $20

administration fee.

 

Events abandoned during trading hours will not be exchanged or refunded.

 

Cancellations:

Stall holder cancellations that occur 7+ days prior will receive a full refund.

Stall holder cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the event will receive no refund.

Refunds between these time periods will be considered on a case by case basis.
